Damaged Order

We fully expect your item to arrive in exactly the way that it left us. If however damage has occurred, please don’t panic. All we ask is that you thoroughly check the whole product and then fill in the form with details of what is damaged. You can do this by simply referring to the parts list you will have received. And make a note of the part ID of the damaged item or items. This is usually five numbers. Then simply fill in the form below and attach a photo just to show us the issue. That way we can send out replacement parts to you as a matter of urgency. This saves you calling and we can act on your request quicker.
