Health and Safety
At MCG Timber we take our employee’s Health and Safety very seriously. The following briefly details the guidelines we operate under:
- All possible Health and Safety issues must be reported to the Safety Officer as soon as they occur and recorded.
- All employees must complete any relevant first aid, fire safety and heavy lifting training as necessary.
- All Health and Safety policies must be reviewed by the Safety Officer, senior management and the relevant teams annually as a minimum.
- All food hygiene regulations must be adhered to at all times.
- MCG Timber enforces a strict non-smoking policy on all company premises.
- All office equipment is regularly tested and checked against BSS regulations.
- Premises are checked for the safety of all visitors and contractors when they are on our locations.
